Six charts through The Chord

The author’s chart and five of the most-documented charts already published on Scalar Flower. For each, one well-dated moment: the natal sky, the progressed sky and that day’s sky, each measured from the natal North Node and summed as one field.

The angles and coherence values are computed geometry [REAL]. Equal weighting of the three voices and day-for-a-year (secondary) progressions are chosen conventions [CHOSEN]. What any of it means for a life is offered, never asserted [INTERP]. A portrait, never a forecast.

How these six were chosen: because they are famous, well-documented and already public on this site, not because their numbers fit. We did not try other people and keep only the good ones. Some of the six score high on the chosen day and some score ordinary or low. All six are shown. One event date per person is an illustration, not evidence.

Birthday-season confound: every year around a birthday the transiting Sun, Mercury and Venus return near their natal places, so the chord rises with the calendar. A high chord on a date near someone’s birthday is partly the calendar. Each card shows how far its date sits from the birthday.

Untested: a pre-registered test is under way; results go to the Verdict Ledger whatever they show.

How to read a card. The horizontal axis is the circle of the zodiac, starting at that person’s natal North Node (0°) and running 360°. Each curve shows where one voice’s ten bodies bunch up, drawn as a smoothed wave (the smoothing width is chosen). The red curve peaks where all three voices are dense together: the triple-overlap degree. Natal hub is the coherence of the birth sky alone, with its percentile against the published Scalar Flower population null. κ (chord coherence) runs 0 to 1: 1 would mean the three voices point the same way. Its percentile is against that same person’s own daily values for the 182 days either side of the date, so it says whether the date stands out for that person, nothing more. All values at 12:00 UT on the date shown; zodiac degrees are tropical.

Birth data are exactly the data the site already uses for these people (see Three for Three and the luminaries gallery). Where a birth time is unknown we say so on the card. Numbers baked from the Scalar Flower engine; the same math runs live on The Chord.
