Every year around your birthday the transiting Sun, Mercury and Venus return near their natal places, so the chord rises seasonally; a high chord near your birthday is partly the calendar.
Untested as a timing tool. Three pre-registered studies have now looked for an effect on dated human output and none found a usable one: a 113-person decoy-chart test and a Nobel-laureate test both came back unresolved with near-zero effects, and an N-of-1 holdout of the standouts was insufficient.
