Clear rules, in plain language, for each product.

Single readings (Field, Sacred Bond, Alliance)

A single reading is a digital deliverable, produced for you on demand from the birth data you submit. Because the reading is generated and delivered immediately, all sales of single readings are final once the reading has been generated.

We will refund a single reading in the following cases:

• The reading did not generate at all (system error) and you have not received a partial result.
• The reading is materially incomplete (cut off, missing sections promised by the product).
• You submitted a payment in error (duplicate charge, wrong product) within 24 hours of the transaction, and you have not yet submitted the birth form.

We do not refund a single reading because you decided the meaning did not resonate with you. The reading is a portrait — what you make of it is yours.

Reading Credits (3-pack, 6-pack)

Reading credits are pre-paid, redeemable against any single reading type. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to generate a reading, the credit is consumed and the generated reading is subject to the single-reading refund policy above.

Constellation subscription

The Constellation subscription is a recurring monthly charge processed by Shopify through the Appstle subscription app. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify customer account.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your full monthly allowances (6 field readings, 3 Sacred Bond, 2 Alliance, the Daily Flower, the Circle) through the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not pro-rate partial months. If you cancel on day 3 of a 30-day cycle, you keep access for the remaining 27 days; we do not refund the difference.

If we materially change the subscription benefits in a way that reduces what you receive for the price you are paying, we will notify you in advance and offer the option to cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the current period.

How to request a refund

Email us with:

• The email address on the order.
• The order number (from the Shopify receipt).
• What you are asking for, and why.

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with a reading for any reason, please write to us before requesting a refund. Sometimes the issue is a misunderstanding about what was included, or a missing piece we can supply quickly. We would rather resolve it than process a chargeback.
